OUR SISTER
Our Sister follows a nonverbal autistic teenager and her sister as they come to terms with the death of their youngest sibling. This sensitive portrayal of grief highlights how unique we all are and how when dealing with tragedy, such as the loss of a sibling, we all process and mourn in different ways.
Our Sister is produced by Adapted Pictures and funded by BFI Network, and the Tribeca Film Institute. It premiered at LFF in October 2019, and has had official selection to Edinburgh International Film Festival, Chicago International Children’s Film Festival, Norwich Film Festival & Aesthetica Film Festival and won the British Short Film Category at Leeds International Film Festival in 2020.
